- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge by session, but I am open to a fixed pricing structure as well. And of course, if you are unsatisfied with what I have provided, I honor refunds. If you do not feel better off after we work together, then I don't feel better and I don't deserve your compensation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in having a phone conversation before our session to discuss what you expect to receive from our sessions. I also want to find out a little more about where you come from, what you have done in your life, and what your concerns are. After that, I prepare strategies and advice to discuss for our actual session so we don't waste your time and money!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had significant sales and advisory training which has allowed me to learn about people, including their personalities, their style of work and life. I have developed significant relationships as a result. I also have a lot of life experience and have had success managing this hectic world we live in and am happy to provide my perspective to people looking for a little help to get through the normal day to day grind.
