- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is either hourly, % or fixed rate per room. Depending on the size, condition & scope of work. Interior Design: $350-500+/room Home Remodeling: $100/hour or 10% of the total cost of the project, if over $100,000 Decluttering/Organizing: 4H Package- $350, 8H Package -$600 I offer distant online services as well, these are significantly lower in price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For All The Services Provided: 1. Free 10-15 min consultation call with a prospective client to go over the project, set up the goals, expectations, get on the same page and find out if I'm a good fit to help them. 2. Meeting with a Client to get a deeper understanding of the upcoming Project, understand the client's needs and wants and set up the goals and priorities together. 3. Go over Budget/ Set a Budget for the Project, Contract Signing and Initial Payment 4. Set up the Project Plan and Structure
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self studied and continue to always educate myself on Interior Design, Space Clearing and Decluttering/Organizing subjects. Having been a NY Licensed Realtor for over 8 years, I've always had a passion for homes, the way they look and feel. I've always enjoyed working with people. Being in Real Estate Industry for over a decade, I've learned the perks of how to stage a house, what to invest in when renovating, what to spend & not to spend money on when selling/renting, what attracts the buyers/renters and what gets the house sold. This knowledge certainly comes in handy when creating your dream home yet having some rational given you plan on selling/ renting your home down the road. I have studied KonMarie methods diligently as well as am a very dedicated student of Denise Linn, who specializes in Energy Space Clearings and decluttering.
