I asked for my yard to be mowed. Scheduled an appointment and had to cancel due to a family emergency and going out of town. When I tried to schedule a week later I had to message the owner twice to get a response. The response I was given is he is going to have to pass on my yard. No other reason given. Hi Deitra, Lowcountry Landscape prides ourselves on all of our 5 stars reviews. You will see your review is unlike any of our other client’s reviews. Most clients understand that when there is a flood warning and thunderstorms in the area that mowing a yard is not possible. It is not that we do not want your business, however, we cannot control circumstances beyond our control ( heavy downpours).
WE LIVE IN SEASIDE PLANTATION. If anyone on is interested in exceptional yard work, Bryce at Lowcountry Landscape will provide it. He arrived on time and gave us a very reasonable estimate for our yard work. His equipment is new, well maintained and runs efficiently. Because he was already on site, Bryce was able to complete our yard work without making us wait. On his own, Bryce professionally executed the work of three of our FORMER yard workers in under 40 minutes. I would highly recommend Lowcountry Landscape, LLC. Give them a call. My yard looks fabulous! They were able to get me in the next day, they were on time, they did everything they advertised and did an outstanding job. They were a little higher than a few other quotes but worth it.
