- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our rentals are priced individually, however we do offer staging packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally will speak to a customer via email or phone and get an idea of what they are looking for whether it be rentals or design and floral staging. Once we get an idea of the need we set up an appointment for a free consultation to discuss making their day exactly what they have envisioned!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked as the events coordinator for several groups in the late 90's until present. In 2013 we begin the endeavor to plan my daughter's dream wedding and so began our journey to launch Southern Knot Wedding & Event Rentals. Our very first wedding (my daughters) was featured by Southern Weddings!
