Introduction: The Zen Do Kia has been training martial artists since 1972! Our class offer students from 4 years on up the opportunity to learn self-confidence, control, leadership skills and, of course, self defense skills and karate.
We are professional martial artists who love sharing the martial arts with others. Goal setting, self motivation and determination is a big part of what we bring to our students.

Since my son has started martial arts his self confidence and focus have increased so much! They encourage supporting each other and I have seen a difference in my son's over all mood. He's much happier!! Thank you for helping my son find something he loves while building his self esteem!
