FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many contractors, I will not nickel and dime you for as much as possible. I prefer to come in with a very reasonable offer and hopefully become your new go-to electrician. Cash is preferred. Personal checks are ok for smaller jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is no different than working with a family member for me. I like to explain every option and possible scenario before allowing the customer to make a final decision. I will not try to "upsell" you like most of the competition does. I want you to be happy with my work, and hopefully continue to have me help with all of your electrical needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Coyne College's electrical construction program, and I have 8 years of on the job real life experience.
