- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is standard and extremely fair. However, I am comfortable discussing pricing directly with the client, lead, or customer due to the life coaching needs and circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email, and/or phone call, takes place requesting life coach quotes. After discussing quotes, the caller usually discuss his/her situation so that we can agree upon travel, payments, etc. I am willing to visit my customers, as well as speak over the phone, email, and Skype. Due to diverse methods of life coaching, the process varies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In college, I, Janessa Briscoe, double majored in Business and Psychology. I also had a personal trainer to teach me fitness and nutrition. Above all, I am certified Life Coach graduating from online schooling in the field.
