- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services are priced at an hourly rate of $25 per hour. There is a 1 hour minimum charge, after 1 hour, the rate will be charged in 15 minute increments at $6.50. Local mileage (less than 25 miles) is included in standard rates. Mileage, where applicable, will be charged at $0.50 per mile. Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed. Cost of any purchases are NOT included in the hourly rate. All additional service charges incurred, such as dry cleaning, groceries or tickets, will be due upon completion of service. Larger fees (more than $100) will be required in advance with a cash or a check made out to providing business, retainer funds, or credit card access. A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution. Services that are cancelled late or unable to be performed due to lack of access or other client caused issues will be billed at normal rates.
