Ms Fields did a wonderful job with my alterations.... you couldn't tell it was altered. Only why I didn't give her 5 stars, she charged more than I am accustomed to.... My alterations ended up costing me more than what I paid to purchase my dress. (The lady at my dry cleaners is on maternity leave.)May 5, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based upon individual garments. A picture of what the client desires greatly assists in giving an approximate cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For custom garments, a consultation is done with the client to determine the exact type of garment to be created. We select fabric samples for customers so they do not have to go through the trouble of picking out the right fabric. We meet with the client to take measurements and finalize details and then the project begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Have over 20 years experience in the fashion industry. Bachelor's degree in Management and certificate in Fashion Merchandising.
