Introduction: I,m a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduated from White River School of Massage Therapy in 2001.
My technique is a Swedish based massage while incorporating sports therapy massage, to correct and ease pain and/or muscle dysfunction. I also do prenatal, geriatric and relaxing massage therapy while incorporating reflexology techniques. For you to get the most out of your massage session.

This lady seems to know instantly where my muscle issues were, and how to make them feel normal--no, better than normal! I went after an MVA and could hardly walk. Afterwards, I was walking better and had an amazingly restful sleep that night. She's got strong, well trained hands for deep tissue work but will keep it light if that's what is needed or wanted. I love her spirit, spunk & personality! If want to chat, she will, but if you want a quiet & serene hour you'll definitely get that with her, too! Just tell Shona what hurts and what you need or want from your session; you'll definitely get what you asked for! And she keeps her price very affordable for the working folks and retirees!
