Introduction: The owner and operator of Landscape Solutions has a Masters degree in horticulture and agronomy. I am Licensed, Registered, and Insured! I have been Director of Landscaping and Golf Operations for some of the largest Mega Resorts in the world, and I have ran small, very high end operations as well. I specialize in Demo, Design, Installation, Tree Work, Tree Removal, Debris Cleanup, Pressure Washing, Flower Installs, Drainage Installs, Irrigation Design and Install, Gutter Cleanouts, etc... I take great pride in my work. The thing I love to do is taking before-and-after pictures. A lot of times, it doesn't even look like the same property. Installed sod in my backyard. The trimming of my neighbors trees was good. The amount of sod measurements were off because he didn't properly measure. His reliability based on time and days were poor. Now we have grass in the backyard which looks much better than how it was when we moved, but the problem is walking on it because he didn't level correctly and most of the sod pieces have lumps in them. There are big gaps between some of the sod pieces so all the weeds are growing in the gaps. Lacked communication and professionalism by not showing up or calling. It was suppose to take 2 days to be completed but it took a week and half. I'm only giving 3 stars because it looked horrible before and now it looks decent. There's still more work to do on top of the sod installation because most of the backyard is now uneven with all the lumps plus old sod that is not growing like the other sod.

Pricing depends on several factors. We are competitive though. I want to make a living, not a killing...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone conversation, followed by an in person meeting to discuss what the customer is looking for. If the job requires a new landscape design, I have landscape software so that I can take a before picture and show the customer a picture of the final product, all before we ever touch anything. This has come in handy, to make sure the customer and I are imagining the same things....
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Horticulture and Plant and Soil Science. I've spent years building and managing golf courses, see below...
