FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some items are standard price, other it depends on the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to contact them to get specific information. I then prefer to meet and actually look at what they may need. If its fish tank maintenance, concrete repairs, handyman services or the stop over service, I like to look at the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and am a member of the business community. I feel I have a reputation to protect. I have 30 years of aquatic experience which includes commercial salt water tanks, ponds and then also retail experience in the fish trade. I have also kept fish, reptiles and amphibians for over 30 years. I have 20 years of concrete experience which included flat work, stairs, curbs and expensive repairs. Small jobs only. I have handyman experience installing appliances, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, drywall repairs, painting, and toilet repairs or replacement. Being a member of the business world, I take property management of summer/winter homes very seriously. Being sure all lights, plumbing and generators are operational when the customer comes home.
