I have loved my time as a cheesemonger in Wisconsin for 5 years where I lived and loved cheese in a specialty grocery. There, I became a well-known cheesemonger, chef and hospitality expert. My relationships with top national cheesemakers provided me with the knowledge and passion that I love to pass on to my clients. My passion with food allows me to create memorable culinary creations that are customized to my clients' tastes and goals. Every dish is created from scratch with product-quality standards.
I found my passion for food when my toddler son developed some specific dietary needs. My mother and grandmother were and are amazing cooks and taught me the great art of hospitality from a young age. I continue to hold those traditions in my practice and find that nothing like a good home-cooked meal served at the family table with china and linens will make the world right!
