Bill showed up today EXACTLY on time. He went over and above what we spoke of on the phone. He realized I am handicapped. He took my bed frame apart and got rid Of my bed and Mattress. He is very easy to talk to .He showed me where those bitters were hiding and sprayed my home for me. I could Not be happier. Thank you Bill!!!! See you in a couple of weeks.

I have a multi-service discount. Most programs are billed when we do the service. Quarterly is billed quarterly... and so on. No contracts, pay-as-you-go.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet the customer face-to-face with the first treatment. Assess and identifying all their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended Orkin University in Atlanta, Georgia for Termite and Pest studies. Achieved a Certificate of Completion. I also carry Michigan Department of Agriculture Licensing for Wood Destroying Organisms, General Pest Control, Horticulture, and Agronomy.
