Introduction: We specialize in relief. Through therapeutic massage, yoga for both strength and relaxation, and coaching- we find the peace and ease that already exists within you- and bring it out! In the process, pain and stagnation and stress melt away to make way for a more fresh version of you! I love to connect. I love to meet new people and hear their experiences. I love to see the lightness in people when they walk out the door. I love that I learn more about myself and the world because of my job as a peace warrior.
