I do not have set-in-stone fees: I have standard rates, but I am always willing to work with you and your budget as best I can to find pricing that works for both parties. I have nearly ten years of writing and editing experience that draws from a variety of fields and genres. I do not take jobs that I cannot complete to my standards and within your timeframe. Ultimately, it is my goal to provide you with a process and product that will earn repeat business.
Writing, whether through actual writing or editing, is a unique way to work with people and get to know people. I love the art of writing and the challenges that come with it. Whether it is writing something new or editing an existing piece for someone, I enjoy trying to solve the "puzzle" of words and phrases that results in a clear and effective picture.

Excellent editor, fast, thorough and a God-send to my project!
Luke has been so thorough and fast with the book I needed editing right in the middle. He immediately dove right into this very time sensitive project and returned excellent results, even while knowing nothing about the book's background or the first 100 or so pages of it that were already edited by someone else! Luke spent five years writing copy for our organization. A large majority of the writing he did for us was product description and marketing and promotion work. He would also edit major proposals and other important documents. His work is second to none. He has the ability to understand the needs of our clients and writes with a professionalism that is engaging and creative.
