- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a $100 deposit up front. Weekday rentals are $50 an hour. Fridays and Sundays are $60 an hour. In both cases, an extra $10 an hour is charged for customers planning to serve alcohol. Saturdays are $100 an hour, all-inclusive, or all day for $1000. We have different rates for special events (such as fundraisers) and use of our projector and/or speakers. We are always willing to be flexible, depending on the circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up appointments, at the customer's convenience, to show the space and discuss terms. At that time, we offer a copy of our rental agreement, and customers can make the reservation immediately (with a $100 deposit) or take the form to send later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two owners. Kay Huddleston has experience planning promotional events and performances, and is also skilled at art and decorating. Loey Lockerby has extensive customer service experience and a background in audio-visual technology.
