These guys are amazing! They came as planned, got to work right away. Very polite and knowledgeable about the chimney problem. I then found out there was a mother raccoon and 3 babies in my chimney. They tried all the tricks to get the raccoon out but she was very stubborn, after 4 hours of trying different tactics raccoon left and then they were able to retrieve the 3 babies, left them in a bucket and mom came back to get them that night, hopefully she found a new home because mine is tightly capped now. They then got to work on pouring the new chimney cap and temporarily used 3 caps of theirs since mine has to be ordered. We sure didn't want that mom raccoon coming back!!! So they ended up staying late on a Friday night to pour the concrete work and 2 other guys showed up to help. Seems as if they really enjoy their work. Thanks Jeremy and your guys for all your knowledge and expertise. Much appreciated!!
