- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are quoted on a time and materials basis. I may quote a "fixed-fee" in some cases if desired by the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, it is important to understand the specific need and the desired outcome. Then I explain the steps needed to achieve what the client expects. If that those steps are acceptable, I proceed and deliver a finished result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first Information technology certification was achieved in 1998. I have continued to demonstrate my skill with ongoing certifications, as recently as within the last year. Some credentials also require ongoing continuing education.
