Swimming with Sharkey
Introduction: I have been in aquatics for 14 years, and I teach swimming lessons for all ages! I also work in the water in other areas including water aerobics, adaptive aquatics, Aquatic Rehabilitation, and personal training in the water.
I am located in the Kansas City North area. I work out of Parkhill aquatic center and North Kansas City Hospital.
I love helping all ages to swim and the confidence and benefits that come with it.
I enjoy helping people gain or maintain their physical fitness and helping those in desperate need of the healing benefits of aquatic rehabilitation.
I also enjoy serving others through my aquatic experience.

Ms. Sharkey has been an exceptional instructor for our son. His progress, as demonstrated in our neighborhood pool, has resulted in numerous requests for referrals for her instruction. Qualified, compassionate and safe. What more can a parent want?!

My husband and I have been taking water aerobic classes with Ms Sharkey for about a year or so and love them. She is very knowledable of how to exercise safely and to really see results. She has also taught swim lessons to our 3 and 4 year old grandchildren with awesome results. They love working with her. I would highly recommend her for any aquatic needs.
