Jon was very responsive and came out to the house quickly to take measurements and provided quotes for us. The work was done over the course of two days, and the fence is beautiful! Highly recommend Xscapes for the KC area.Mar 5, 2018Verified

Would highly recommend Jon and his crew. Did a great job and finished the job on time. Look forward to working with them on future projects.Nov 21, 2017Verified
Very happy with the fence installation from start to finish. One thing I really appreciated was that there was a side post that seemed slightly higher than the others posts, and Jon had it fixed within a couple days. Xscapes fence seemed like it was a little higher quality than a couple of the other bids we received. Very good work, fast installation, and great to work with.Apr 18, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing scale starts at basic 7,000-8,000 sq ft yard Industry competitive pricing for mowing($30-$40), fertilizing programs($45-$60 per application), linear ft charges for fencing, and bigger projects are itemized to help communicate to our customers the detailed charges. Fences start at $15 per linear foot but that is for a 4 ft one sided picketed fence. Variables that change that are material, style, height, and hardware. Gates start at $150 per average sized gate. Fencing projects definitely have to be seen before a detailed bid can be sent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we will gather basic info, lot size, scope of work, customer info, and expectation levels on the detailed scope of work. New customers are often mislead with poor information from others or bad contractors. We try to hone in on the expectations of our new customers, and get detailed info of their projects. We will then send a detailed bid and expected timeline of start and completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are segmental and pave stone certified for hardscapes, category 3 turf/ornamental spray applicator licenses for IPM. With over 8 years experience we provide high quality services.
