- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is well below the industry standard Xactimate estimating software price lists, which typically add overhead & profit premiums to line items. I keep overhead to a minimum, while performing remediation in accordance with the current IICRC S-520 for Mold Remediation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is initiated, and an inspection appointment set, I will visually inspect the problem property, and provide an estimate for the work to be performed. This service is free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold current, industry standard IICRC Professional Remediation Certificates in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). In addition to certification, I have complied with all continuing education schedules, am Lead Safe Work Practice certified, and have over 12 years experience in the industry, all with a major national restoration company.
