Introduction: Hello, We offer music and language classes with top quality teachers in a comfortable environment. Many of our teachers have PHDs or are working on Masters and have experience teaching children and adults. We offer all types of music. We also give great video lessons! We are one of the only places that offer group piano lessons as well as private lessons. Both are the same price with group lessons lasting an hour and private lessons at 1/2 hour. We also are one of the only places to offer a curriculum in order to track your progress. FYI - We also offer language classes in French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese for toddlers to adults. We love our students. We offer classes in our Westport house and have free cultural events as well. We want our place to be a home away from home where everyone feels comfortable to grow their minds.

Great company and an even better instructor. Leigh Ann has done a great job teaching me the French language. She is very adaptable to my learning style, and she goes above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the most out of her lessons. I highly recommend going to the Language and Music House. It will improve your language skills and make you enthusiastic for all the possibilities of world travel.

We started French lessons as a mother-kid pair when my daughter was an infant. Madame Leigh-Ann has tailored each session to suit my child's age and level of engagement and managed to coordinate my lesson into the same session as well. Our experience at Language and Music House has been excellent.

I began taking private French lessons with Leigh-Ann back in September 2019. It's been such a great experience--she has worked with me on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary and she has made learning the language fun. Leigh-Ann is patient and really cares about her students. Her fluency is amazing! I highly recommend taking lessons at the Language and Music House. You will not be disappointed!

Music lessons are usually quoted in the 1/2 hour increments and language lessons are usually an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to meet with you and show you around, or we can find a time that works well for the teacher and student. It is your choice!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our music teachers have Masters or PHDs in their field. They have extensive knowledge in working with children. Since we are right by the music school we can afford to only hire the best. Our language teachers are fluent and have lived in the country of the language. They love kids and have a lot of experience in teaching.
