- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10 days ($5) 6 days ($15) 4 days ($25) 3 days ($35) 2 days ($50) 1 day ($150) 24 Hours Less than 24 Hours $200 and all information and documents must be delivered/spoke about on phone with in the first hour, due to time restraint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening, asking questions and getting to know just who you are, what makes you tick and where you want to be in the current workforce is my first task. I will communicate with you through Thumbtack during the hiring, details and clarifications of exact services. Once you: 1. Research my Thumbtack bio and my Spark page listed above to gain insight on the Why? and How? I operate if not completed already... (Spark currently under construction yet stunning already) (****Optional, yet benifical) 2. Accept fee itemization invoice total (I’ll provide by email from Point Of Sale) 3. Mark Bashor Services as hired on Thumbtack 4. Pay the “Good Will” non-refundable deposit of 1/3 total fees. 5.Confirm all documents are received: contract/worksheet(s)/receipt of #4. Then our process moves forward looking at your documents/specific needs. We will be Adding/subtracting/substituting products and services you will neinifit most from. *I will never upsale to you and insist or suggest you purchase more than is required. If all you need is the Á la Carte $5 basic, that’s what I’ll quote. Be very confident in that aspect.* We can consult by Phone/Skype/FaceTime/Email your choice. If you’re seeking interview prep or are more on the shy/unsure side, I suggest video contact to gain confidence. I’ll be asking the same stuff they do. (If you’re requesting rough draft help/finishing we will finish it during initial talks after Send your outdated resume, rough draftand and worksheets provided to: Bashore Services via Email provided as soon as possible. I will also review our contract with you at this time. Please sign and return it in a timely matter. As I do NOT work beyond the 1/3 deposit time allowed without it. It’s a basic cover myself umbrella to negate scammers/people seeking free services or wanting to share my documents and intulectual property. Yet, it’s always good practice to read contracts even if you feel pressured to sign it ASAP. It could be a negative outcome for you if you are not proactive. (free info there folks :) I’ll send itemized invoice with final fees to your email/drop box Pay remaining fees invoice Finish any remaining add on tasks that may have been assigned. Preparation of your package/products will be finalized. Pending final document sent to Dropbox/email when finished/or within timeframe deadline. You will receive confirmation of finished product and the reviewal process begins. If an error on my part, is included it will be corrected immediately. Revisions: If you remember more information to include or want to change specific area resume or CV after initial submission, you must submit the revisions individually outlined, in writing, by email provided within 10 business days. After 10 business days, the project is considered finalized and no revisions will occur. Revisions will take place in the order they come. Having morning priority unless an it is an expedited project. This is the happy part! We are done and you are going to use your fancy new documents and skills. Good luck!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended college, initially, for healthcare, specifically radiology with focus in C.T. I stayed on with hospital volunteering over a year in Topeka, Ks, where I studied. Stormont Vail Hospital was a wonderful place to get to know personal side of healthcare and the e everyday requirements to hold a healthcare postion as such. I have a strong background in English, focused in HS/College. I have continued English/Grammar studies in college as minor and expanded it into the workforce where many key skills were gained to assist Others. I eventually ended up in sales and freelance where I am at the senior level with 13+ years experience. I have gained vast industry knowledge on the types of information the different category HR hiring staff seek and exactly each key core that will place you one step, if not more, ahead. The integrity, honesty and ethical bounds to the information you and I decide upon is extremely important to me and future potential employers, as any falsifications could result in your employment termination immediately. (Even after years of employment and good work review.)
