- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system isn't that complicated, but what I can say about it, is that it is very flexible. Our systems are built to cater to each individuals home and with the proper information the customer puts in, you will get the result of a perfectly laid out cleaning plan. We like to make customers happy, so in order to do that we work on individual customer budgets and needs. Of course as long as it makes sense for us as well. And if they continue to use our service on a recurring basis we also give them a price break for that.
