Introduction: I take great pride in what I do ,I always double check my work when cleaning a house condo or whatever it might be .ill bring good customer service and good attitude through out my work day. Painting Interior or Exterior we always make sure our prepping is done correctly, We use the the best recommended paint, we never take short cuts.Always get the jobs done by deadline. Chassidy and her mom did an excellent job cleaning my 98yr. old dad's very cluttered house! They worked efficiently and were very responsive to his cleaning needs and respectful of his requests that certain areas not be touched. We will be requesting their services again not only for the quality of work but because my dad felt comfortable with them in his home.

The team showed up right on time which was impressive, then they did a fantastic job cleaning, they even removed the incredibly challenging hard water stains I had on my shower door. I highly recommend them!

The ladies were super nice and hardworking, but I would not call them professional cleaners. I specifically asked for tile/grout cleaning, windows, and ceiling fan, in addition to the standard cleaning items. The company agreed and I paid a higher price for the extra service. They did a fantastic job with the windows. However, there was still dirt on the fan blades, my shower knob wasn't touched, the front/top of my fridge was not cleaned, and the tile floor looked atrocious. They agreed to come back the next day to clean the floor. They did come back and did a pretty good job on the grout. I appreciate the fact that this company had the best price. As long as you're not expecting everything to be amazing the first time, I would recommend it. Despite the issues, I would probably try them again. If they didn't come back to clean the floor, they would have received a 1-2 star since the floor was the big thing I want cleaned. With the extra effort, I'm overall satisfied with the result. Minus 1 star for having to waste the time to do this twice. It should have been done correctly the first time. Below are some pictures of the dirty fan blade, somewhat dirty shower knob, and the floor. I should have taken a picture of the dirty shower knob. The one here is the result after I spent some time scrubbing it. You can still see some of the spots. The floor is pretty good, although not great.

Cassidy called to confirm the time to start. They arrived promptly, Cleaned inside refrigerator, oven, kitchen and bath sinks. Since I had the bathtub recentlt refinished (time was saved here). Yes, I would call B&G again!
