After 3 years of being in and out of the gym I was looking for something other than the typical bench press, squat, and curls workout to get back in shape. After meeting with Mac for 5 minutes I knew he would be able to provide the knowledge, variety of workouts I was looking for and get this dad bod back in shape. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There are various price options based on package size and need. Price packages include 1 on 1 personal training, small group training, and bootcamp beginning at $10 a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After meeting a new customer, we establish the client's goals, I will develop a detailed goal oriented plan and an expected time frame. Each person will be different from the other and each plan will include lifestyle change suggestions as well as exercise and nutrition advice.
