About this pro

How does your service stand out?

RCT Mobile Blasting offers both Dry and Wet (dustless) blasting, using ECO-FRIENDLY recycled crushed glass. Our process uses no toxic chemicals and causes no pollution. When Wet blasting, our system produces No Dust Plume and can be used anywhere. RCT Mobile Blasting can remove ANY type of coating from ANY material surface quickly and easily – without creating heat or a dust plume (when wet blasting). We utilize recycled bottle glass and water – zero free silica, so it is safe for workers and the environment. Best of all, our mobile blasting service conveniently comes to YOU – no wait time, no transporting. We leave you with a smooth, restored surface that is ready to paint.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

RCT Mobile Blasting takes great care in safety around the work area, from using air supplied blast hoods, eye and ear protection, to ensuring that we keep the work area clean and safe. We make sure the customer is happy with the work, the cleanup, and the site, before we leave. We want to make sure we have a great reference when we leave.

    Far more convenient
Its far more convenient than loading the vehicles or parts on a trailer and driving an hour to the media blaster. They come here and I don't spend 3 hours moving parts and cars.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For T&M jobs, our rate for dry blasting is $250 hr, wet blasting is $300 hr. For Quote jobs we take our T&M rate and look at about how long the job will take, and give a Quote for the Job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job request, for small jobs we can discuss the job over the phone, send some pictures and give an estimate, for larger jobs, we prefer to come take a look at the job so we can get a better feel for the job site, the job at hand and what we will need to complete the job and how long we think it will take, then we will give an estimate on the job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with everything from residential customers on pools and vehicles, commercial customers blasting fire hydrants and steel buildings, to business customers blasting heat treat retort tanks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have insurance, that they understand and agree on every aspect of the job, from what media they will be using to who will be doing the cleanup.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What media will you be using, who will do the cleanup, do you prefer wet or dry blasting, do you come to our location.
