I Highly recommend this Firm! I was really worried about my case and had no idea what to expect because I had never needed a lawyer before. And I also didn't have much money and was worried I would run out. But Mr. Radler and Ms. Nguyen really helped me through the process and got me through everything. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We structure our fees with an eye towards providing the highest level of value to our clients. First, we never charge for services that our clients don't need. Next, we bill work at the legal assistant and paralegal level at a lower rate than the substantive legal work our lawyers do. This this allows us to charge less for administrative tasks, which keeps client's costs down. Finally, unlike most attorneys, we do not charge our clients for basic emails and phone calls for case updates. We believe in keeping our clients informed on their cases and being there for them throughout the process.
