Totally professional and reasonably priced. I had changed internet providers and I wasn’t able to get coverage in some rooms. He came over within a few hours. He tried to get my WiFi extender I had used on my prior internet to work, but it still was not adequate. He suggested a much newer extender would work. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with new customer we strive to give them the "WOW" experience. People ask, "What is the "WOW" experience?" The "WOW" experience is us offering good customer service and listening to the need of the customer. Offering quality products that will keep the customer's device from breaking down or having to come back out at a short period of time, and showing that we care about their business and not just trying to make an easy buck. LuTech strives on good business ethics and building a relationship with out customers that will have them relying on us more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Attained A+ and CCENT certifications in computers and building networks. I have 2 Masters that relate to Management Information Systems (MIS) and Technical Business Management (BA). In my experience of being in Information Technology for 16 years I have work with banks like: Wells Fargo, Chase, and Bank of America in upgrading their banking systems. I have worked in both the Oil & Gas and Healthcare industries where I have work with phone systems, Cisco networks, building computers, monitor CCTV systems, and doing monthly maintenance on technical devices.
