About this pro
From the initial contact through the end of the project the technician exemplified professionalism. He communicated well every step of the way. He took time to explain the system to me in a way I could understand, and I am not a technical person. There was an issue with the system itself. His tenacity was impressive. He stopped at nothing, even calling the manufacturer, until the issue was resolved and the system up and running. GREAT JOB!Jun 3, 2018Verified
He was insincere and never kept up to any promises we agreed to. He held my TV without performing diagnosis promised for same day and returned after several days with an estimate higher than previous agreed. He seemed to have only been interested in deceiving me to patronize him for diagnosis when he couldn't keep to his initial estimate.Jun 3, 2018Verified
