My experience with Cody has been a span over a few month and has been great. First, he knocked out the top railing we had on our second floor and installed a half wall. It blends in very well with the rest of the wall below it and is very sturdy. Next, he ripped out the old carpet upstairs and installed LVT flooring. He did it quickly and the quality is great. Last, he repaired a portion of my fence that was beginning to fall over with new pickets and a kick board. When funds are available I am going to have him do the rest of our fence. His overall professionalism and work quality was very good. He works alone without a crew, but I actually find that more respectable and the quality is still great. Remember people, larger companies with a crew charge more because they need to pay for their workers. Cody consistently checked on me to make sure I agreed with the progress. Any ideas I had, he listened closely and gave me his best recommendations. I even recommended him to a friend to install tile in their bathroom. Needless to say, they were also very happy with the quality and how quickly he got it done before they had guest stay.

We hired Junction Construction to convert our storage room into a bedroom. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Cody(Junction Construction) was excellent. He sat with us and detailed everything from materials needed and labor. There were no hidden costs. The workmanship was excellent. We had two more projects that we wanted done and because of how happy we are with Junction Construction we contracted them for the work. Converting our small dinning room into a home office and converting a large sitting room into a dinning room. I have recommended Junction Construction to all of my friends and family.

Cody did an excellent job of putting up a new fence for us. He was honest and upfront about pricing and he was punctual and thorough. Very impressed with the work he did and would definitely recommend his services.

I wasted almost $3000.00. He works alone...needs a crew to help him. The guy was nice enough but his heart wasn’t into it. My “new” fence looks horrible. I am so mad right now...you have no idea. He decided not to replace the corner 4x4s and the ones around the gate. Heights do not line up, gaps in fence with a picket nailed OVER it when he told me he was going to do a precision cut on them on his table saw, so it would fit perfect. Told me that he was going to replace some of the support 4x4s first thing in the morning but never did. Left one side of the yard open to my neighbors yard for a couple of days and I have dogs. Told me that he had to wait until the final payment cleared to take the rest of the old lumber away because the dump was so expensive. I could go on and on. I’m not a mean guy and it takes a lot to piss me off but this escapade sent me over the edge. I hired what I thought was a professional to do the job but tht is NOT what I got. Now I have to hire someone else after paying him in full to get the job done right. What a waste of money!!!!!!!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Father was a Master Plumber with his own company for 25+ years in the Houston area. From about 8 years old on I spent my summers working for him and I was hooked. I continued work for builders during the summers through college and decided to go on my own after some time spent in the oil industry.
