What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide hourly and Free Flat rate quotes. We can provide on site estimates 7 days a week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either provide a hourly rate or come and do a onsite estimate. Once we argee on terms we send over a contract for the customer to look over and sign. We require a $100.00 down payment after the contract is signed. We call the day before the move date to confirm. Our staff members give a call when they are in route the day of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified mover. I have done local, long distance, military relocations, corporate relocations, and international moves. There is no moving need we can not meet.
