Thanks AJ. Doing 1-2 hours each week to cover both marketing and international hospitality was a very comfortable training cadence...and you caught on super quickly! While some small businesses doing hodgepodge or piecemeal (i.e., mixing YouTube, FB videos, advice from friends, etc.) marketing do just fine, its sad that many leave a lot of $$$ on the table and others just limp along. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As all of our work is customized, each quote is created in light of the client needs and scope of work. We begin the project once a 50% deposit is received and trust the client to pay the remaining 50% balance at the end of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Review client request to see if we can meet the need effectively. 2. Speak with the client to confirm project goal and scope. 3. Sign NDA. 4. Speak with any other relevant parties on the client end and do our own initial pre-project research. 5. Submit proposal. 6. Upon acceptance of proposal, the work will begin.
