FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by season. During the spring and summer months when there are more weddings, pricing will be higher according to demand. On the other side of the coin, we offer great deals on your wedding and other photography during the late fall, winter, and early spring months! Wedding pricing includes the full weekend of events. We capture your rehearsal and dinner (one of the most intimate, genuine events of your wedding weekend!), wedding preparations, wedding ceremony, and finally, the reception. We place no limit on hours or images captured. You pay one price for us to capture your images, and leave the rest of the details to us. The prints and albums can be ordered "a la carte" after they are published to the online portfolio for a nominal price, printed on high-quality photo paper from one of the most respected photo printing labs in the country. Remember... when you've grown old or even passed on from this life, your wedding album will be left behind for your friends and family to cherish, enjoy, and pass down to the next generation. Make sure you're ready to make the heirloom investment in quality photography and printing accordingly. 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The other 50% of the quoted fee is due 2 weeks before the wedding date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introduction, I will speak with clients to determine their needs, their timelines, and their vision to make sure the job is able to be performed within the proposed budget and within the constraints, if any, of the setting in which the work will be performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent countless hours in the past educating myself, and continue to educate myself daily on the latest techniques, trends, equipment, and principles of photography.
