I am so pleased with Simply Yours Concierge. Kyle was quick to respond and the dog walkers punctual every day. I really appreciated the daily notes and picture of my dog. There was even a map of the route they walked. I will definitely use them again.

Good communication in planning our time away, but we didn’t end up going away. Will definitely use them for our next trip!

My husband and I were very pleased with the pet sitting services we received. Thanks to the post-visit photos and reports, we always felt secure that our cats were well cared for and getting plenty of love. The app made it super simple to request the dates we needed, give the sitters plenty of information about our cats, and receive reports while we were away. I'd happily recommend Simply Yours.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates below are for ONE pet. 30 Minutes - $22 45 minutes - $30 60 minutes - $35 Overnight stay - $85
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out to us initially, we will email or text as Kyle will ask a series of questions about the services you are interested in (Dog Walking or Pet Sitting). If you then want to meet us, we will schedule a Meet and Greet to meet both your pet(s) and you. At the Meet and Greet we will go over a customized plan that best fits your needs. We will also provide proof of our insurance coverage and other benefits of our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We now have over 6.5 years of professional experience with providing pet care services in our local community.
