Mr. Ambrose treated me like I was his main priority! Doing way more than work it was a friendship that was built! He worked and helped me in so many ways. My bathroom looks amazing!! My roof looks amazing! Because of his work my house now is cooler because of the windows he put in for me! Highly recommended!!

Ambrose Home Improvemnts was very courteous and got the job done before the deadline I requested. He also did some interior painting for me and did a superb job. I will definetly be using them again.

I hired him, when he arrived I explained the projects I needed done which was a leaky kitchen sink and installing motion sensor light switch in my master bath. I assuming then if he wasn't capable he would say so. After 2.5 hours he " fixed " the sink then" installed" the light switches, I paid him $195 and he left. I assumed I would be charged for the hours he was working but apparently he charges for his travel time as well. ( my first time ever encountering this policy!) That evening the sink was leaking again and the motion sensor light switch wouldn't work ( the lights would not stay on ) I immediately messaged him and he said he would come back out. He came back out later that day and blamed the leaky sink on me, says it wasn't like that the day before. He said he wouldn't fix it unless he was paid more. Moving back to the light switches he spent a couple hours with them, on the phone calling other people for help and still couldn't figure it out. Now, after a little research, I found out he is not licensed to do electrical work which I wish I had known but I guess thats my fault for not asking. He told me then he would have to come back ANOTHER day. This would have been the 3rd day here and multiple hours for light switches and a leaky sink. I decided to not have him come back to my home as he clearly was not able to do what he was paid for. I had another company come, took them only 1 hour all was fixed and for half the cost!! Lesson learned, shame on me for believing people are honest about their skill level. Cost me $195 bucks. Such a shame.
