FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very gregarious. I'm not your usual Seattle light or Washingtonian. I'm outspoken, but not rude. I am suggestive but firm and I love to open someone's mind to larger possibilities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the discovery phase. Where you call me, and we set up a date if all things are good to meet up. Then, there's the meet up. When we have the meet up, it's 30 minutes and that's just to get to know each other and understand the project in a bit more detail. We will then make a schedule for a consultation, at which time I will meet you at the site of the project and take measurements and go over as many details as possible to fully understand the scope of the project. If all goes well then a contract is drafted and once signed by all parties we begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
imma learn as you go sort. but mostly every time I've moved I've done it interior decorating job for myself friends co-workers and her colleagues. So I figured why not do this as my actual job?!
