Matt has been amazing! He consulted with us online about houses we were considering purchasing when we were still out of state. When we moved to Metairie and bought our house, he was there immediately making sure our security system was up and running right away. He listened about our lifestyle and what we wanted. He made appropriate suggestions about what technology we needed to achieve the level of "smart house" we wanted.
As in any new system in an older house, there were "bugs" that needed to be worked out. Matt is always there to fix the problem right away, often the same day.
His prices have been fair and his service is outstanding. We are very pleased with the system Top Notch Security designed for us. They are truly Top Notch!
