Ridja and her partner did an amazing job on the move in cleaning for the 1877 sq ft house I am renting. She responded within minutes, quoted a great rate, was on time and I’m communication with me throughout the entire process. I was debated when I saw the condition of the house and knew I couldn’t move in until it was cleaned, I booked with them late in the afternoon yesterday and they had an opening for 8 am the next day. I did a walk through and she waited for me to say that I was satisfied! Crazy how many people left reviews about being unsatisfied when they never even brought up payment until the walkthrough and any requested touch ups were complete. (The touch ups were minimal and understandable, e.g, one lamp on one ceiling fan was missed …. There are like five ceiling fans so it’s understandable) they came in and touched up whatever I requested (which was very minimal). And never complained or made me feel like they were upset. Bottom line, if you don’t have the nerve to ask for a touch up while they are there and willing to make you happy, then it’s your own fault you are not satisfied. I am very pleased with their service, communication, and punctuality, and will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family!
