Hello Jamie, we do apologize for replying to your review so late, we’ve been having issues. Anyways, We at Universal Windows Direct of Atlanta would like to apologize for having to cancel on you twice, we don’t like having to cancel on our customers and we do understand that it is frustrating as it wastes your time. We would like to know if there is anything we can do for your convenience or if you could simply accept our apology. Again, we apologize that we had to cancel on you twice.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Schedule a convenient time to meet with the customer at his/her house, recognize and evaluate the problem, leave a free no obligation estimate that will be good for 30 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?2 years servicing all my customers One week basic training of understanding the products that I offer and monthly webinars for improving the knowledge or for updates.
