- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40-85 per session per person, depending on the time, and needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first get together for a consultation and health assessment, as well as a physical assessment. Together we will determine the projected time to meet their goals, then schedule sessions accordingly. Sessions will vary day to day, and month to month. Most lasting 45min-1hour. Most everyone will be working with resistance training. Be ready to sweat!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer through NASM - National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have a background as a weight loss counselor and a degree in cardiac health care as a cardiac sonographer.
