My son and I arrived in seattle for a seahawks preseason game. I had made reservations for TechCityLimo limousine to pick us up at the airport and give us a tour of century link , before dropping us off at downtown hotel. I booked with then because of all the great reviews and they did not disappoint.
Techcity limo kept us updated, even sending us a text letting us know that the driver was on his way.
Rupi was our driver, he was there waiting for us, helped us with our luggage and was very professional. The tour and the bottle of champagne that we requested really gave us time to decompress after traveling most of the day.
It was a great way to start to our season. GO HAWKS!!

We had a wedding-day crisis and Sam saved the day! We found out at 3am the morning of the wedding that no one had booked a limo to take the bride and groom to their after-wedding private dinner, plus, the groom had no idea where the reservations were for, so we couldn't even fill out forms on sites that might consider a last-minute booking. After some intense web-searching, I contacted a couple 24/7 services that advertised last-minute emergencies... but none of them even answered their phones. I left voicemails but never received call backs. Then I stumbled onto thumbtack.com and figured it couldn't hurt to fill out the form saying I needed a limo for 5pm that day. I went to bed and at exactly 8:29am I received a text saying there was a message from "Sam." His message said what size limo he would use, the price per hour, and to call if that would work. I was sceptical and messaged back wanting to make sure he understood that he was needed *that* night and if he did, could I call to clarify the details. He said it was no problem, so I called, we worked out all the specifics, and outside of calling we communicated via text. He was extremely professional, had no problems finding the places, and let me know an hour before when he was heading to the pickup location. He accepted both cash or credit and fully explained the credit card fee. I told him I would pay using credit but I didn't want to interrupt the bride and groom's get away; I asked him to cart them around wherever they want, for however long they wanted. Since I wasn't using the limo myself but was going to pay for it, we decided he would take a picture of my card and he would charge it after they were done. We were both antsy about letting him take pictures if it (him about the implications of taking the pictures and me about letting him), but it worked out beautifully. He hadn't minded waiting for the couple to have dinner so he could drive them back to their hotel, and after they got home he texted me regarding the bill. He said they used less time then the "estimate" I originally typed into the site, so he only charged me for that time, he broke down the card fee, taxes, and included a 20% gratuity (that he absolutely deserved!). I said that was great, thanked him, and he sent me an invoice straight to my cell. That was a month ago and I had no issues regarding my credit card. I had read a review prior that Sam was amazing and I absolutely agree. We thought the bride and groom would head off their wedding night using an Über, driving themselve, or having the groom's father drive them, but instead Sam provided a luxury sedan at a great price (much better than the other site's prices). I can'tell speak for the company as a whole as I don'the know if Sam owns it himself or is just a driver there, but we truly lucked out with him and I would recommend him to anyone in the Tacoma, WA area!

The driver showed up early, got lost a block from pickup, and seemed confused the entire time. We went to a casino for 45 minutes after our first drop off point, and he couldnt stop complaining about the early pickup he had in the morning, even though we hadnt reached our inital 4 hour rental agreement. (highly unprofessional), then the belt broke on his limo, and we were stranded on the admiral way for 45 minutes while he cursed and whined, making us uncomfortable and miss the other activities we had planned and he refused to discount the fare even though he did not return us to our destination, and charged his own gratuity with out informing us. I was dissapointed to say the least. For $90 an hour, i expected a little less complaining, and a little more service.

Sam was great. Excellent communicator! On time, very conscientious, polite and respectful. Very good driver. We will highly recommend him and use him again if the need arises.
