FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies from solo sessions to couple training. I typically work an hour with each client but your preferred time frame will dictate how the price can discount or increase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with each new customer i first sit down and go over in detail the goals that they want to achieve. I then layout a plan on how we will accomplish each goal. After signing a quick signature on my liability form i then conduct a body assessment(posture, and weaknesses to work on) and write a plan for that. I then do body measurements and a weigh in, which we check every 30 days for your evaluation. After each i session i email you your workout so you can do it solo, and typically set up a meal plan depending on your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified though the National Academy Of Sports And Medicine. One of the top certifications in my field and one that i have a lot of pride in completing. It teaches trainers to be very well rounded so we can approach clients from all different backgrounds with ease. I have trained in commercial gyms and now workout out of a private studio facility for more client focus.
