Emi was quick to respond and offer a price point over the Thumbtack app. She is highly professional and was able to give me dates to come out with her team. On the day of service, she arrived promptly at 0730 with a team of several people who meticulously cleaned every inch of my untidy home. We just got a new kitten and it's been a lot on top of my normal work and projects, so I have been unable to keep up on basic chores and things got out of hand. Emi's team fixed all that and left the house smelling amazing. I read on other reviews how wonderful the house smelled after they left and it's no lie! We paid for an initial visit deep clean on an agreed upon price, and and she was able to add an item that was not previously agreed upon to the task list on the same day (with appropriate estimated compensation). I am now signing up for maintenance visits! I cannot tell you how wonderful my house looks and feels and smells, you should just stop shopping around and contact Emi now.

We needed a last minute move out clean due to the original cleaners scheduled cancelling last minute. It was 10am and we were in a rush to find someone same day. Emily's Cleaning was able to reach out to us within 10 mins and was able to accommodate our emergency request and booked us for 1pm. They were on time and did a wonderful job! We're so grateful for their ability to be flexible with us!
