FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m never going to be the cheapest and never going to be the most expensive. I strive to provide a fair service of exceptional quality for a fair price. The cheapest guy has to take shortcuts I’m not willing to do. Once I’ve done some work for you, I promise you won’t want anyone else working on your house. That’s just the type of relationships I build with my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Picking a contractor is about trust more than anything else. You are allowing someone into your personal space. Above all else, you must trust that person. I always start with a bid and then move to a face to face to see if we connect. I’m about building life long relationships with each and every one of my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with many different companies and contractors with expertise in specific areas to learn and expand my knowledge base to make myself as well rounded as possible. I also have partnerships with multiple other companies with different areas of expertise so even if I ever come across something I’m unsure of, the answers are just a phone call away.
