- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the tasks at hand. Depending on your needs, we can personalize your quote to included an hourly rate or project-based rate. My prices are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a phone call to get a good feel for one another. Building our relationship with trust and camaraderie is important. Once you share your background and needs, we can discuss important contract requirements so we are both excited to work together. Once we hang up, I will send a follow up email thanking you for your time and attach a contract for you to sign, and any other requested documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in economics, so I have an analytical-wired brain. Research projects and organization work excites me, and you will that it shows in my work. I don't quit until I find the results for which you're looking! I also have excellent grammatical and writing skills, so you don't have to worry about errors when communicating with you or your network.
