When you get a hug from my husband after only a one-time clean, you have got to know Kim must be a miracle worker. It is so refreshing to work one-on-one with Kim and know that she is more than willing to create a plan that is customized and based on our personal needs. Our home really needed her touch, not only for hygienic reasons but also for mental clarity. Upon returning to a clean and tidy home, both my husband and I couldn't stop smiling; a weight had somehow been magically lifted (referring back to that bit about mental clarity). You know you are in good hands when every time you turn a corner in your house and realize she's done a little extra "here" and a little something else over "there". My only regret about Kim is that we didn't find her sooner. Keep up the great work Kim!

Kim came and cleaned my house for the first time this week. After going over a few things with her I left and when I returned the house looked great. Everything was cleaned to the levels I expected and I am excited to have found Kim to come back each month. Great Work and easy to work with

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35 per hour. I like to work maximum 4 hours. Which I can accomplish a lot in that time frame. I like to charge by the hour because if a client needs something different done i.e garage swept, weeds pulled, ect. It falls in the hourly charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
House cleaning is a personal preference. I determine the clients needs and work hard to accomplish the task.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of previous house cleaning and 20+ years of customer service. I built my cleaning business in the past, started with 2 clients and by their referrals only, I had 32 clients.
