Brittany was very delightful and responsive to my texts and fit me in very quickly- Which I appreciated. They did a wonderful job on some of the parts of our home, but left over half of our space uncleaned. The master bedroom and bathroom weren't touched. When I texted asking why- brittany was apologetic and said she wasn't sure how it was missed. I let it go and appreciated the discount she offered for next time. I should have thoroughly checked the house at that point because it wasn't until later this evening, when I was preparing our basement living room, guest room and bath for guests that I realized that it too was left untouched. How do I know this? Debris on floor, vanity not cleaned- mirror not cleaned, mantle covered in dust and the floor was completely dirty still. When I brought this to Brittany's attention, she assured me it was cleaned by her personally. I sent her pictures for proof that it wasn't possible. At this point, Brittany should have offered a fifty percent refund, as only 50 percent of our home was actually cleaned.
Now- the parts that were cleaned are great! The kitchen, living room and den look fantastic. But unfortunately the parts left untouched weigh heavier on this review.
We will not be using this service again.

They did a deep clean for me on a house that I was moving from last week. They were friendly, thorough, and did an overall great job at a good price! I would definitely use their services again
