Introduction: I have over 14 years of I.T. experience. I am a disabled Veteran that served 5 years in the U.S. Army as a Network Switching Systems Operator/Maintainer. I have an Associates of Applied Science in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute with honors (GPA 3.8). Completed classes in: Basic Information Technology Course, Information Assurance Security Officer Certification Course, Information Assurance Computer Network Defense 1 and 2, A+, Basic Networking/Router Lab, Cisco VOIP Call Manager, and 7th Army Noncommissioned Officer Academy Warrior Leader Course. Can repair both Windows and Mac devices. Can repair Android and Apple cell phones to include screen replacement. I love learning new things and being able to fix devices. I am always striving to learn about new technology and the potential benefits that we can gain from it.

Every situation is different. I believe it is important to be upfront with the customer and let them know of any potential costs. It is always better to be prepared so that you are not shocked by unexpected costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the customer and find out what it is that they need done. I believe it is imperative that you listen to the customer and ask as many questions as needed in order to grasp the full scope of your project. It is always better to be over-prepared in order to minimize the risk of failure.
