I enjoy being able to connect with my clients on a personal life changing experience. Sedentary, obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease is growing out of control with both children and adults. Robert has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. He is extremely flexible and patient especially dealing with me, my schedule, and my setbacks. I have multiple injuries that I acquired while being on active duty for the military. Now that I'm out and working with Rob, I feel stronger and more in control of my body that I have ever been. He not only keeps it exciting with new excersizes every session he also has sat with me and has taught me how to nourish my body properly. Figuring out meal plans, going over food prep techniques, and always supporting and encouraging me. No lie he truly has a gift of teaching and inspiring you to be the healthier and happier you.
